SHIPPING

Thank you so much for making a purchase with Bronc Ranch Wear! All items will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or through another form of communication.* I try my best to get everything shipped as quickly as possible but I am a one woman show, single mother to 3 young boys, and in school. If you need a package by a certain date please message us before hand to see if we will be able to fulfill it that quick. If you would like signature confirmation on your packages feel free to email us about that as well (so that we may adjust your shipping cost accordingly). Packages are not our responsibility once they have been dropped off. If the post office tracking shows the customer's package is on it's way/delivered, and the customer claims that it's stuck/did not show up, then we are not responsible for a refund or for tracking down said package. We wish we could do more but sadly we can not control how quickly mail carriers get your package to you. At that point it would be up to the customer to contact the post office. Orders will not be cancelled if a package is shipped within the time frame stated above or already packaged. If you want to return an item after it has shipped for store credit please read our return policy below. The customer is responsible for putting in the correct shipping info. We are not responsible for packages if the customer puts in the wrong address. Lastly, if you have a large order or expensive order and want more insurance one the items before we ship please contact us beforehand. 

***Custom pieces may take longer to ship due to the time it takes to make the item. Handmade items like this should have an estimated timeline for how long they take to make within the product description. (Ex. the product description may say it takes 2-3 weeks to make). Depending on how long our order list is it could be longer though so email us if you need a more specific time estimate. Orders will not be cancelled if a package is shipped within the time frame stated above. If you want to return an item after it has shipped for store credit please read our return policy below.***

***All Bronc Ranch original tees are now MADE TO ORDER. We keep some on hand but most will ship separate from the rest of your order from our screen printer. Allow 7-10 business days to ship if we do not have it in stock***

RETURNS

We try to eliminate the need for returns by product descriptions given. Once again, if you have any questions about an item please feel free to contact us! We can always send more photos, get you more measurements, or even send videos of each piece! The following rules apply for returning an item.

• All returns will be done in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will not do a full refund to your card unless there was a mess up on our end (ex. we sent the wrong product). It is up to us to make that decision in those rare circumstances.
• The item must be returned in new condition meaning no signs of wear or damage.
• You have 14 days to return the item. Meaning from the day it is confirmed delivered at your house, it must be back at our address within 14 days from that date. An example of this would be if you received the item on the 1st of the month we must receive it back by the 15th.
• All returns need receipt proof meaning you must provide a tracking number to show that you sent the item back to us. Please email us with your order number as well when contacting us about a return.
• ***If your item arrives damaged we must be contacted within 24 hours of when you receive it***
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we receive the item after 14 days we can not accept it.
• Once returned if everything is in perfect condition the customer will be issued their refund in the form of store credit. Details of their store credit will be sent to them through an email.
• ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned. Any item that is discounted over 25% is considered a sale item.
• Store credit will be issued within 1-3 days max of us receiving the item.
• It is at the discretion of Bronc Ranch Wear LLC to deny a return if the merchandise is in a damaged or in used condition.
